Praxis is not a library of recorded lectures. It is an evolving clinical education environment that combines expert teaching, interactive cases, AI-supported learning, live discussion and a growing educational community.

Institutional access is arranged by agreement, based on group size and the access your group needs.
Training Programs
For residency programs, fellowship programs, and structured academic or research educational groups. Intended primarily for residents, fellows and trainees.
Pricing reflects program size and access requirements. Smaller training programs and academic/research groups are encouraged to contact us for tailored pricing.
Typical institutional plans: US$3,000–5,000/year
Clinical Departments & Professional Groups
For departments and groups made up predominantly of practicing or attending clinicians. This is separate from training-program pricing.

Praxis Faculty Institutions
Institutions and training programs affiliated with Praxis faculty are eligible for a 20% preferred rate on standard institutional access. Contact us to arrange access.

What Institutional Access Can Include
Depending on the program and the agreement, institutional access can include:
- Praxis educational programs
- Interactive case library
- Praxis AI Coaches
- VExUS and integrative hemodynamics education
- Selected HR conference and archive material
- Curated readings and educational resources
- New material released during the subscription period
- 9 Live Praxis Grand Rounds per year
- Institutional and group onboarding
The specific inclusions for each institution are confirmed as part of the agreement.
Interactive Cases + AI Coaches
Praxis cases present a clinical scenario with physiologic data and ask learners to interpret it, moving from recognition to mechanism to decision. Learners can work through them independently or alongside the Praxis AI Coaches.
The AI Coaches are educational tools built around the frameworks and clinical reasoning of Praxis faculty. They are meant for working through concepts and cases and testing an interpretation. They do not replace clinical judgment, and they are not designed to make or direct patient-care decisions.
Live Praxis Grand Rounds: 9 per year
Institutional members can join 9 Live Praxis Grand Rounds each year, held roughly monthly with a break over major summer and holiday periods. Sessions are interactive and informal rather than prepared lectures.
- A clinician or faculty member brings a real, appropriately de-identified case, and Praxis faculty moderate an interactive discussion and Q&A
- An occasional journal club on an important recent paper
Topics may include VExUS, POCUS, hemodynamics, shock and resuscitation, mechanical ventilation and other areas represented within Praxis. Grand Rounds connect a group to an ongoing educational community rather than to static content alone.
Praxis Global Access
Geography should affect price, not the quality of educational access.
Praxis offers substantially reduced pricing for clinicians and training programs in lower-resource settings, including sponsored access for eligible programs in low-income countries.
Global Access may include the same core educational environment available to other Praxis members: courses and recorded teaching, curated resources, interactive cases, AI Coaches, educational archives, and regularly scheduled community activities such as Praxis Grand Rounds.
Global Access does not include dedicated faculty time. Private teaching, one-on-one sessions, customized case conferences, consulting, mentorship, or other activities requiring additional faculty time are separate from educational-access pricing.
Praxis may periodically offer open faculty sessions and other community educational activities at no additional cost.
Global Access pricing is determined primarily by country income classification and institutional context.
2026–27 Praxis Institutional Pilot
We are selecting five training programs or academic/research groups for the first Praxis Institutional Pilot cohort. Pilot partners will receive substantially reduced first-year access while helping us refine the institutional experience through practical feedback.
Founding Institutional Pilot
US$1,000 / 12 months
Up to 20 users
5 programs maximum
Pilot partners have access to the full Praxis educational environment available to these groups for the pilot year, including courses and teaching resources, interactive clinical cases, Praxis AI Coaches, relevant VExUS and hemodynamics education, relevant educational archives, new material added during the year, and 9 Live Praxis Grand Rounds per year.
In exchange, participating programs agree to give practical feedback on onboarding, educational use, cases, AI Coaches and the institutional experience.
The pilot is selective rather than an automatic discount, and applying does not guarantee a place. Pilot pricing applies to the first year. Continuing institutional access thereafter will be offered at the institutional rate applicable at renewal.
